Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Staff are helpful, try to give a hand when there is a request.

- The room was spacious, but the air conditioner was not that cold. - The room's electricity tripped due to a defective key card socket, which was rectified immediately upon reporting. - The staff was very friendly, and the location was convenient to the Filipino Market. - The mall was just at the front of the hotel, and an Orange convenience store near the lobby/ - There was a laundry mat at the back of the hotel in case you would like to wash your clothes.

location wise. easy to walk around the city.to get food, to go to Gaya street. mostly are walking distance

how can i start it, since last december once the boarder(land) are re open, i had being staying at this hotel. location is very easy to go to, room are comfort, breakfast are great and yes this december i will be staying there again.
